General Provisions:

Since goals of  the "Forum" would require consistent and patient work over a period, there are two types of membership available at present, Life-Membership and Five-Year-Membership. Fees for the two are mentioned in the fee section. The fee is a little higher for NRIs as it is felt that they can afford to contribute a little more. However if an NRI  is unable to contribute the higher amount, he/she may apply as a resident at a fee for residents, if they have a permanent address in any Country of South Asia. Funds are only a means to the goals and should not hinder support. There is also an Associate Membership for young people at a lower cost. Young NRIs can also avail of this.  
  

Since membership fee alone will not create enough resources to pursue our goals, donations are requested from those in a position to make them.

Similar Forums in all countries of the Sub-Continent will function independently on the basis of absolute equality, and will coordinate their activities with a view to achieving the common goal. However nationals of one country are welcome to join a Forum in another Country, specially until Forums in all Country start functioning.
  

In view of the gigantic task ahead, it will be necessary to have representative offices/branches in all countries of the Sub-Continent and abroad, where large numbers of citizens of the Sub-Continent reside. Therefore those in a position to donate premises or make them available for use are requested to do so.
